Oh the stability ball....soooo many uses. One of our favorites is using it for engaging our core musculature. In this exercise we are reducing our bodies contact points with the solid surface of the ground to increase the strain on the #core. Take your arms and one leg out of the equation and watch your hips, flutes, obliques, abs, and spinal extensor muscles engage to control your movement.
